At Trinding Touch, we take pride in delivering high-quality lash products with intention and care.

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on lash trays once they have been shipped.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at trinity@trindingtouch.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)

Once reviewed, we will gladly make it right 🤍


Order Accuracy

Please ensure all order details (including shipping address and product selection) are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If there is an issue approved by our team, it will be resolved through replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Lash trays (opened or unopened)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • An item is confirmed damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item was sent

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
